Peter Iroga is well-known for both the success of his team at Dee Why’s Foot Power and his extraordinarily large feet. On 26th May 2011, he receives the Guinness World Records certificate for his extreme feet. The Solomon Islands native Peter Iroga has left and right feet measured 37.5cm and 36.5cm respectively. The odd large physique of Iroga is due to the abnormality of the pituitary gland in his brain which causes continuous growth in this body.

Chinese man Lui Hua has his index finger measured nearly 12 inches and left thumb 10.2 inches. The occurrence happen due to a disease called macrodactyly.

The 90-years-old woman from China province of Yunnan, Ms Liu, currently keeps the record for the smallest feet in the world. Ms Liu practiced foot binding (the important tradition of China in the past) since she was just five. Until now, her feet are on the size of a 10-year-old girl.

Wang Cheng is often known as the nickname “Elephant Legs” due to her 110 pound legs (three times larger than normal size). The 24-year-old Chinese girl suffers from a rare medical condition of elephantiasis.
