Michael Bloomberg’s Daughter Georgina Bloomberg and Boyfriend Ramiro Welcome a Baby Boy into the World on Christmas Eve

Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg’s daughter Georgina Bloomberg and her boyfriend Ramiro Quintana welcomed their first child together into the world on Tuesday (December 24, 2013). The professional equestrian gave birth to her baby boy named Jasper Michael Brown Quintana in New York City on Christmas Eve after announcing her pregnancy back in June. The newborn weighed 7.7 pounds. The little boy is also the first grandchild for Michael Bloomberg, who is the seventh-richest person in America. He was reportedly ecstatic as he got his much-anticipated new grandson.

“I’m thrilled and just so proud of Georgina,” Michael Bloomberg said. “They are going to make really wonderful parents, and what an incredible way to start the new year.”

Georgina Bloomberg and her beau Ramiro Quintana have known each other since she was only 15 years old. Before dating the 36-year-old Argentinian rider, the happy mother was romantically linked to Olympic speed skater Joey Cheek. Currently, she lives part-time in Florida and is on the Bloomberg Family Foundation board.

Georgina Bloomberg was the youngest daughter of Michael Bloomberg, who was thrilled to be a first-time grandpa on Christmas Eve (December 24, 2013).

The new mom, who was featured in the HBO documentary “Born Rich,” dated Olympic speed skater Joey Cheek before romancing her boyfriend Ramiro Quintana. The couple have been known for years but decided that a “fairytale” wedding just wasn’t for them.

Georgina Bloomberg and her beau Ramiro Quintana, who have been dating for a year, shared a home in Florida.

Boston Marathon explosions kill three people and injure more than 130 (Pictures & Video)

Two bombs exploded almost simultaneously near the finish line of the Boston Marathon on Boston's Boylston Street at around 2.50 p.m. on Monday (April 15, 2013). The bombings occurred about four hours into the race and two hours after the men's winner crossed the line. By that point, more than 17,000 of the runners had finished the race but thousands more were still running. The fiery twin blasts knocked at least one runner and spectators off their feet, shattering windows and sending dense plumes of smoke rising over the street and through the fluttering national flags lining the course. At least three people lost their lives, including an eight-year-old child and an estimated 141 injured after the bombs went off in the bustling downtown area, with the victims reportedly ranging from two-years-old to 63-years-old. Their injuries included shrapnel wounds, broken bones and ruptured eardrums. Boston police chief Ed Davis said FBI and state police were sending personnel and every one of the 2,100 Boston police officers in the city were ordered to respond to the scene, which was chaos with blood and limbs everywhere. Meanwhile, authorities have said that a total of five devices were deployed in the city, including the two which detonated. A device was discovered at St. James and Trinity Streets that did not explode while two other explosive devices were found at Copley Square Hotel, including one in Newton which is just outside of Boston.

The Boston Marathon explosions took place on Boston's Boylston Street at around 2.50 p.m. on Monday (April 15, 2013), killing three people and injuring 141 in a bloody scene of shattered glass and severed limbs.

A blood-covered victim of the bombing in Boston screamed out in pain as he was aided by medical workers at the 2013 Boston Marathon.

Police said that three people were killed while hospitals reported more than 130 injured, at least 15 of them critically. The victims' injuries included broken bones, shrapnel wounds and ruptured eardrums.

A victim who was injured in the explosion near the finish line of the 117th Boston Marathon was taken away from the scene in a wheelchair and transported to the hospital.

An injured woman was aided after the Boston Marathon explosion occurred on the north side of Boylston Street, just before the finish line.

Hugo Chavez's funeral scheduled for Friday, Venezuela declares 7 days of mourning

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez died in hospital on Tuesday afternoon (March 5, 2013) at the age of 58 after developing a severe respiratory infection during his a long battle against cancer. With his voice cracking and close to tears, vice President Nicolás Maduro, surrounded by other government officials, announced the death in a national television broadcast. The hardest and most tragic news left Venezuelans seven days of painful and public mourning. Hugo Chavez had been seriously ill with cancer for nearly two years, undergoing four operations in Cuba, and had not been seen in public since his last surgery on December 11. The heroic leader died at 4:25 pm local time in a military hospital in Caracas, the capital of the country he has ruled since 1999. His charismatic style, anti-US rhetoric and oil-financed policies won favour among many country’s residents. The government said Mr Chavez's body would lie in state until Friday (March 8, 2013) when his funeral would be held. The president's death is expected to trigger a snap election that will test whether his socialist revolution can live on without his dominant personality at the helm.

Tearful Vladimir Putin Wins Russia's Presidential Election 2012 (Pictures)

Madimir Putin convincingly won Russia's presidential election on Sunday, March 4, 2012, extending his hold on power for six more years. Two exit polls showed that Mr. Putin gained 58-59 percent of the Sunday’s votes and incomplete results showed him winning almost 65 percent. 

Accompanied by his rarely-seen wife Lyudmila, Russian leader Vladimir Putin spoke with tears in front of thousands of supporters at a rally outside the Kremlin in Moscow: “I promised you we would win and we won. Glory to Russia!” “We have won in an open and honest battle. We proved that no-one can force anything on us.” He added.

Vladimir Putin is all certain to return to the Kremlin after Sunday's Russian presidential election

Vladimir Putin, 59, has been known as a Russian’s dominant leader. His presidential term has been increased to six years and he will remain it until 2024. If this became true, Vladimir Putin would have been the dominant figure in Russian politics with 24 years in power.

Many voters said that they were in favour of Putin because he had portrayed himself as a man of action and guardian of stability. Pointing Habit of American Leaders

For American leaders, pointing is also a part of their job and also a habit: pointing habit. They come from different states and have different philosophies, but when it comes to getting their points across, most world leaders use the same familiar gesture: pointing.

"Moving America Forward Rally” took place at the Wolstein Center at Cleveland State University on Sunday 31 October 2010. Obama urged thousands at Cleveland State University to vote in Tuesday's election and get others to do the same. Vice President Joe Biden also attended the rally and stayed in the Buckeye State to campaign later in Toledo with Strickland who's deadlocked in most polls with challenger Republican John Kasich. At this event, both President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden used gestures “pointing” when talking to supporters.
