Tigers, Cheetahs and Lions are dangerous animals. It is suggested that they be put in the wild since they are wild animals. But some are kept as a pet. Some are used for entertainment, like movies and Circuses. Some are being cared by rich people who want something fierce as a representative of their wealth.
Their is a lion whisperer that plays with wild lions in the wild without being eaten. He knows how to talk with them so that they will not attack him.
Christian is a Lion cared for when he was a cub in UK, then later on released in the wild, in Africa. It was an emotional journey for both of the parties.
