STALKING

You are cute like a dog
To see posted on a blog
To pet like a mate
If only it will not bite

Your stuffed like a teddy bear
Your stomach full of beer
My hands won’t reach around
To wrestle to the ground

Your look is sharper
Than a nervous tiger
Tempting me to reach out
Thinking it’s a cat bout

Snaking along the corridors
Avoiding all the doors
Swift and ready to brake
Slippery and wet that strike

Such a dog hugger
An attacker of bears
Who can tackle a tiger
Such a way to snake a lover

MIST

It’s late in the afternoon
And the night is seeping in.
Dark clouds have hovered
Around the mountain gourd.
Like it was deliberately washed
By a black ink, blindly.
Against the sky so blue
And the bright bayou.

The landslide at the center
Isn’t that dangerous anymore.
A clamp of trees on the right,
Detailed by white paint,
Showing its branches and trunks.
I could say I might have seen a skunk.
At the left is a bush of trees
Mist flew up like it is alive and free.

TRUDGING

Walking from day to day
Courting my feet like a lady.
We challenged our sorrow
For another bleak tomorrow.
Like floating in the ocean
Accompanied by no one.
Steering to a point, nowhere;
On hand is a dream -- bare.

Walking with head high,
Inside, shouts exhaustion and sigh.
We walk among the masses
And mirror each cases.
Like we missed out on something
That should engross our liking.
Steering to a gentle way,
We try to evade our doomsday.

RUSH

Stretching, spreading my hands to the sides
Tilting my head to the heavens, asking for guide
Regulating my breath against the strong wind
That threatens my lungs to expand
The iron bar that I stand cannot conceal its excitement
My body in numbness move forward, drops, silent

The rushing waters caught my head
Pricking me with frozen needles
That move to scalp to sole as it spindles

American professor installs an “eye” in his head

American professor installs an “eye” in his head By Elizabeth Woods

It is normal that most of teachers and parents want to have eyes in the back of their head to see what is happening behind them. Their wish now can become true when a professor at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts has agreed to install a camera in the back of his head and it will show everything he sees to the public. The Iraqi-born professor and artist Wafaa Bilal has just undergone a surgery to install the camera. This is a project commissioned by the Arab Museum of Modern Art in Qatar. The project called “The 3rd I” will take photographs each minute of Wafaa Bilal and these images will be streamed live to the museum.

We could have been out hunting,
Instead you went with your dog.
We would go out ball playing,
Running around like a douche bag.
I would be there with you sitting
For i don't want to run around
We would walk with hands, holding,
In Baguio City, we did.
I can always buy bread at those stores,
We went far like kilometers.
To eat baked breads,
Made of day-old breads.
You might not agree on things I come up with,
But the first one to laugh at my antics.

The Other Man

The man besde you whose stare,
Lay you both undoubtedly bare.
His hands touching yours,
Easing out twitch of labors.
At the middle of the crowd
Handing food proud.
Those delectable smiles
Swoon the crowds pleasures.
His sculptured body
Complements your beauty.
Tosing as the luckiest lady,
It's like your wedding day.
I stood among the crowd,
My throat are bound.
My eyes are vigilant,
They can see through a plant.
The cord of my temper,
Had risen like a bear.
Ready to lambast and strike,
But that's not what you would like.
Cleaning dishes,
Are not my wishes.
You poke me hard
And laugh it loud.
Befriending an ex
In merriment without sex
Should not bother me you say,
His out of our way.
I am a man that trust,
Who heed what you must.
Look out for the people
At the side of your eye;
Craving for your sight
Are your children and I.
